Clash: To come into conflict; be in opposition
Dancehall is an ever-changing thing, and the clash phase, is my personal favourite. DJ's go head to head in a musical deathmatch until only one remains. Greats such as Stone Love, Bass Odyssey, Renaissance, King Addies, Afrique sound and more, clashed in several arenas to cement their status in the dancehall.
